I have used dyno oil, saab aynthetic, and a synthetic product that Quaife recommends. The Saab synthetic definetly has the easiest shift feel, I've switched back to dyno twice because it seems to work the syncros a little better especially 2nd to third gear shifts at high rpm. The Quaife product feels more like the dyno as far as shifting is concerned. The saab synthetic works great for sluggish transmissions in cold weather. I have changed back and forth about 5 times including loading new rebuilds with saab synthetic. By the way my other two cars are a 99 BMW M Coupe and a 2002 Impressa WRX both of which have much better gear boxes. The Saab motor is still the best. (so far)
