Same symptoms in my '93 - The rear will stop working before the front because the front's fluid intake is above the rear's; if the fluid level is high and the rear isn't working, suspect a broken rear line or bad check valve. Take off the right-side wheel well liner and look at the bottle, if it has been leaking for a while it will be very obvious as to the source as there will be streaks of dried blue stuff leading from the leaking point. Suspect a cracked tank, I don't know how to replace it but it's easy enough to fix, I mixed up a batch of quick-set epoxy and smeared it liberally around the leak source, that solved it. Poor design IMHO, the tank is connected to the car's body and thus gets all the vibrations from the road, ideally there should be some kind of rubber dampener between, perhaps someone can come up with such a solution.
