This batch of problems sounds like a bad ground behind the dashboard - use the wiring diagram to figure out where the instrument panel stuff is grounded to the body and take that point apart and clean everything. The tach has 4 leads: 12V+ (battery for the clock, ground, signal from ignition coil, and 12V+ (ignition for the tach.
