An 8v header for a "B" engine **should** fit an 8v "H" engine.
HOWEVER...
99s and 900s CANNOT take the same header! The exhaust exits the engine bay in different places. The 99 is forward of the crossmember, and the 900 goes aft, over the crossmember, under the driveshaft, and out.
Jack's 99 header needs lots of room under the car to install, as the header connects up to the rest of the exhaust about where a catalyst would be on a lambda car, so it has a long exit pipe. You basically have to have the header upended 90 degrees to put the exit pipe through the engine bay floor, ans swing the whole thing into place.
Jack did make headers with and without oxygen sensor ports, so they will work with lambda cars.
