Alvero, Send me a picture of the valves you have, I can tell you which type they are. If worse comes to worst, I have a spare used head and can see if there are some extra valves in there.
If you have the head off and are replacing valves, the machining of the seats won't add that much to the cost. With the correct info, any good machine shop can do it. The guy who did mine is a race engine shop with a CNC machine, but that's really not necesary, a simple cutter set will do it.
It is best to also replace the guides (use cast iron, not brass). The guides and the seats both wear due to high temp and poor lubrication.
I had a lubrication modification done to my head (as recommended by Jack Lawrence) but I'm afraid I won't get it in the car and running soon enough to help you unless you want to wait 5 years :-)
It was good to see so many 99 Turbos at Carlisle - kudos to the folks for resurrecting them!
Best,
Gary
