78 turbo cam sprocket assembly, HELP!

I received my 78 99 turbo in boxes, pervious did not label the parts and put them in non ziplock bags,so not closing bags, Oh and also did not clean the pats when he took them off and put them in bags.
I gotten most of if figured out, But I now installed the head on the block ,but am trying to figure out how the cam sprocket is attached to the head, the is the stub that come off the cam and at the end of that stud that is keyed or boxed at the end, clearly the sprocket is bolt with three bolt to the end of the cam. I found those. How does the Center stud attach to the " cam arm"?


Any help with picture would be great, I looked at the factor manual for 78 and 77 and the haynes , no good picture of the situation. Don't you love people! You guys are great here on the board. The guy I bought it from was not really a Saab guy..... It kinda showed.
