I have been researching manual steering rack parts too. I have a '76 99 GL with bad bushings. I was looking for inner tie-rod ends too, figuring if I'm taking the rack apart to replace bushings I might as well replace tie-rod ends too. I can't find the part number right now, but I found the # referenced some where for the manual rack, and it was NOT the same as the power rack nor the Moog part that says it is compatible.
Luckily for me I think my inners are alright, but I will have to machine new bushings. I turned a plastic bushing that I split in half so that I could install while the rack is still in the car. It's temporary and just held in by a hose clamp over the rubber boot, but working and took the 'clunk' out. I plan on milling brass bushings for a permanent replacement sometime soon.
If you find any other resources for parts, let us know.
