I don't think you can use the later TPS - the K-Jetronic Lamda system on the 99 Turbo requires the on/off signal from the microswitch whereas the later TPS would give a variable voltage signal.
Also, the ports on the throttle body control the porting of the vacuum signal to the distributor and the idle control, so you want to be careful using a different one.
Looking at the rest of the intake tract, I'm doubtful that there would be any benefit of increased airflow with a larger throttle body.
Are you trying to modify the performance, or just replace a broken part?
