Actually, the only C900 throttle body with a potentiometer (variable voltage) TPS was the 2.1 liter non-turbo with LH2.4.2. All earlier LH variants simply combined the idle contact and WOT contact into a single unit. Makes for much easier adjustment as opposed to two microswitches. All it would really take is to hook up the wiring properly.
I agree with Gary that there would be little or no gain in swapping the TB. IIRC, Saab used the same diameter TB for all LH turbo motors, from the 2.0 turbo through the 9000s 2.3 turbo.
