For 75- 99, and 79-80 900, front wheel bearings were large sealed bearings. These are not user serviceable, and replaced as a whole unit. Rear wheel bearings were still old school tapered roller bearings with separate bearings and races that you packed with grease. Some years the inners & outers were the same, other years, the inner & outer were different.
(In 1981, the front wheel bearing was a different size, but the same construction as above. Sometime in the 1980s, the rear bearing became integral with the rear hub, and was also sealed and not user serviceable save by complete replacement of bearing and hub.)
The same bearings front and rear may apply to the early, up to 1974 99s. I know those cars used the same brake rotor front & rear, so maybe the bearings as well, but I am not certain.
