Gerry,
It's good if there's a source of new rubber. In general at this point I'm nervous about using 40 year old NOS rubber parts on safety systems; even in the package they don't age that well. But, the only other option then is to sent the entire caliper to a rebuilder such as White Post. That is still a pretty good approach in many ways, they hone/sleeve, etc.so you end up with a whole "new" caliper with no metal problems (scoring, pitting, rust, etc.) and with new rubber, new bleeder screws, etc. They seem to have an endless supply of seals of every size available, I am not sure that they are necessarily sourcing kits for the specific caliper. While you are at it, I would suggest new hoses for any caliper you remove/rebuild - those aren't too good after 40 years either!
Good luck,
Gary
