I'm on a mission now to have an OEM 99 for next years convention and I need to do research and have proof of what exactly came in a 75EMS model....the judges swore ALL 99's came with a tool kit(ie. screwdriver, pliers, etc in their own tool bag)...I bought the car from the original owner who saved everything and kept the car immaculate. I find it hard to believe he didn't have the "tool kit" in the car when I bought it. The jack bag and all accessories were there, but no tool bag or tools.

Any input would be appreciated....thanks!

BTW, I received a 3 point reduction for not having the kit...my argument is they didn't offer them until a few years later on the 3 door models...mine is a notchback.
