4 stuck valves???

Hello everybody,
My 79’ with about 80,000 miles is in a bad spot – Saturday morning it wouldn’t start or fire except for a few initial sputters. This is a daily driver and I haven’t been having symptoms or problems. Sunday I went through the ignition and fuel systems – no problem there. Today I removed the cam cover and saw 4 valves stuck open. Exhaust #1, Exhaust #2, Exhaust #3, and Intake #3. I tapped them a bit and they won’t return.
Also note: Spark plug #3 was very wet with coolant (at first I figured the intake gasket was failing, but I don’t believe it has) and under the cam cover there was coolant all along the top area but not much down where the oil pools.
Obviously the head has issues – but what might be going on? Why would four valves stick after an over-night. And without seeing cracks – how is the coolant getting that high up on the head (it’s not mixed with oil – just clean and green).
Any ideas on cause and any ideas on my next step – should I just pick up a used head knowing this is going to turn out shot?
Thank you all in advance.
