Sounds similar to setup I have. I would still caution you about using the stock seat. I myself being a mechanical engineer, not accounting for the down load being applied to the seat back from the belts I would have not designed to take that kind of load. The stock 3 point does not put any load in the seat back. The loads that it accounts for are foward (head on) and the force it produces from its own weight, and a rear end, so a persons upper body recoil whiplash.
