Toomany, Like I said, plan on pulling the transmission. However, That Duralube stuff IS liquid magic. Todays' bottle cures can actually work, unlike the crap that was out there twenty years ago. I tried this product ten years ago in sheer desperation when my only car to get to work was almost dead. This stuff got me out of a really tough pinch. Every single automatic since then has had it and no problems with one. All my friends who have used it, the same thing. If you had some slippage or rough shifting, I can almost guarantee you would be sold on that product. I'd like to think I've given good advise on this message board over the years, and perhaps helped out a few folks ( I hope I have). Advising people to use this product, especially as a preventitive treatment with a good automatic transmission, is honestly probably the best tip I've suggested on this board. Like I said, for $20 you may get very lucky, but not likely. It may, however, slightly improve your current situation, so as to help diagnose before you pull that drivetrain. It is an easy coversion to a stick on that car, especially when stock. If you decide to try it, post your reults.
