Alignment or re-shimming front end with vented rotors?

I put vented rotors and spindles from an 87 on my 78T, and I'm wondering if all I need is an alignment or if I have to reshim the a-arms to get any other angles back to spec. The ride height looks different with the new spindles on, but that may be from two months of the a-arms hanging.
I did not touch those when I did this.
Thanks,
Leif
