The system manages to cool the car pretty well although very hot and humid. One has to keep an eye on the engine's temp. gauge, and very heavy traffic is taken very easy.
My system is converted to R134a, and has a compressor from a late model 9000 cobined with a parallel condencor (te horiginal unit is serpentine).
The plan for next summer is to deal with all windows including installing some kund of radiation filters.
The original A/C system of the 99' is a state of the art piece of engineering to its' era. This sytem is still considered very efficient by today's standarts.
