If your in the US the answer is very simple. Call Jack Lawrence at Motor Sports Service 716/655.4200 and tell him what you need. He makes the BEST exhaust you'll ever find, they last forever, and he can supply one that works perfectly with your motor no matter what mods you've made to it or what model vSaab model it's in.

Do I sound a little adamant about this? I've used his exhaust for years now with only great results. I even had a set of headers ceramic coated so they transfer heat out of the engine bay on my most recent 96 project. One set I bought in '91 has been in at least 4 winter cars and is still solid through the Y junction and ready to go in yet another car.

You could spend weeks designing another system and loads of cash having someone build it, or call Jack and be done with it. You don't have to believe me, just ask him for the dyno data of various systems.
