There are several things to check. I would start at the wheel and check:
1. A brake pad is loose and wedged in and dragging or possibly some foreign material causing the pad to drag. (fix or replace pads)
2. Something is causing the "floating" mechanism that holds the pads and piston to hold the pad against the disc.
3. The caliper piston is stuck and not releasing completely (rebuild caliper)
4. The flexible hose going to the caliper is restricted trapping brake fluid and pressure in the caliper not letting it release. (replace hose)
5. The master cylinder is not releasing completely (rebuild master cylinder)
6. Something else is going on causing the left side to drag (wheel bearing etc.)
Good luck.
