My recently purchased 1970 95 wagon needs a new passenger-side windshield wiper shaft. It had been operated “frozen” such that the outer and inner shafts were both rotating. The outer shaft is warn clear through from rubbing on the car body. Does anyone know the best place to find the assembly complete with nuts.

I have removed and freed up the two shafts so I might be able to re-install the assembly if I could purchase two more nuts but the dimensions seem odd, if I am measuring them correctly. The threaded outer shaft seems to be metric; 10 millimeters?? and the thread pitch is very fine. Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated.
