Notice at the bottom of the picture, you can see where the steering shaft emerges from the black box assembly. Look straight up and you should be able to see the slot, with the screw on top.
I know Westford. I live in a little town called Panton, about 20 miles south of Burlington. All my vintage Saabs are put away for the winter- way too much salt!
