As far as I know the last of Mark selling anything was more than a year ago. Currently I don't think he is doing/selling anything.
Jack has been clearing and downsizing for a couple years. He is selling his manuals, but I am unsure of contact and availability.
I have reached out to Jack and will post here what I find out.
