I don't work on the NG9-5 model but when the NG9-3 V6 Aero came out and I did the 60K the way I do on all, it came up to around 1000.00
There were several things on the V6 making it harder.
6 spark plugs versus 4 and having to remove several things to get to the rear ones.
Serpentine belt replacement that requires right motor mount to be removed and to get to the transmission drain plug, I had to remove battery and battery tray.
Back then, spark plugs were more expensive before you start to find them through other sources and transmission fluid was really expensive only finding it through Saab.
Things change though as years go by and we find new sources for parts but hourly shop rates also go up over the years so it kind of stays the same.
A normal 60K for me is
Oil change and filter, high quality synt in these newer cars.
Air filter, pollen filter and if cars still have them fuel filters.
Change transmission, coolant and brake fluids.
Change spark plugs and if cars still have them cap, rotor and wires.
Rotate and balance tires
And then the normal look over of tug and tighten things here and there and maybe some bulb replacement here and there and such.
Serpentine belt though I have as a separate item because the belt itself just about never goes bad, but at some point, the tensioner will start make noise and with that, the belt gets replaced.
On the 9-3 V6 Aero, mentioned above, the belt tensioner is ridiculous to replace but it has also shown to hold up very, very long in CA climates.
