You can buy Wurth copper brake compound here:
http://www.carcareonline.com/detail.asp?product_id=11363
I have bought a lot of stuff from CarCareSpecialties over the years, they are good guys.
I have also had good results with CRC brake quiet compound available at PepBoys. It is pink goo in clear plastic bottle.

The noise is very common and is caused by imperfections in the pad-rotor mating surface. The pad vibrates and makes noise. The only real solution is to get pad and rotor surfaces matching as much as possible. Everything else is a band-aid.

This is exactly what the problem is. You need to get these replaced. They are fairly cheap, so not a big deal. Many online retailers carry these.
