When I bought my 1998 900S car in 2002 from the dealer, it had no anchor and asked for three. They put them at no charge. They put them on the cross beam behind the rear seats. They are pointed toward the rear of the car. You must attach the child seat to those anchors, it limit the movement of the child head (remember high G's in a collision).
I think you can take any child seat anchor and bolt them to the beam.
Good Luck!
