Wow, I did not understood half of your abreviations :( Sorry! :(

Ok lets see:

1. The sway bar swivels looked really good. In fact the entire area looks to be in good shape. I am not sure if the swivel studs are bolted hard enough to the control arms. I will recheck the torque. They were hard enough that a turn on the lock nut would turn the swivel and most definitely NOT LOSE by eye examination or by giving it a good yank. Of course I cannot recreate several thousand pounds of force like the car does when it rides.

2. I am pretty sure that my shocks, all around are dead. I am still waiting for some parts before I install them. I got some Konis in a box waiting to be installed.

3. The SB (if that is sway bar bushings) were an excellent fit, perhaps a little bigger (taller as in more cushion) than the original sway bar bushings. This is now becoming my number one suspicion.

4. I am not sure what SF means. If it means sub frame, I torqued it to the Taliaferro specs. Now that I think about it I should look for the torque specs for a '96, perhaps there are some differences in torque between Taliaferro instructions (maybe for 9-3) and a 1996 NG900.

5. What about the ball joint boots leaking? Could that be the problem? it is stronger on the driver side, absent on the passenger for the car.

6. I did not removed the front strut but I wonder if the movement, while dangling losened something up.
