There's several pullies in the catalogs which fit that bolt size and configuration (it's one of the standard bores, if 99.5-), but you have the tensioner in the way. Ironically, the center pulley is very easy to match.
I tried a Gates pulley (#38008 I think, tons of V6/V8 GM applications), it's slightly larger. It gets very close to the tensioner but seems like it would work in a pinch. In fact, I think it only cleared due to the travel of the tensioner to take up the larger diameter of the pulley. I guess you could also spec a smaller tensioner pulley (again not hard to find with the specs).
I had also toyed with short belts before the official Saab recommendation, I came up with the number for one size too big (it fit, but close to the tensioner limit...may not have lasted with 60K of stretch.) The recommended 'short' size seems excessively tight, so there may be a third way, a combination of larger pulley and the next size up of short belt. I sorta ran out of NAPA money to test the theory, though.
