I wanted to buy the goodyear assurance triple tread or comfort tred but they did not come in the std size 205/50-16 only offered in 205/55-16.

Any significant concerns with a little different proflie and slighty higher OD??

I did buy 2 Assurance triple treads (on the frone), very nice and quiet but the seem pretty firm from a ride comfort standpoint....any one else with experience? tirerack.com reviews are very good for winter/snow/ice performance and also high for comfort, but I am not sure on the latter.

I may switch to the Assurance comfort tred if I don't lose too much in winter performance. In NE Ohio our winters require all-seasons with a bias for snow/ice performance.

Any remarks on the above issues, partial or complete would be appreciated.
