is a small sample of SAAB owners and some people in today's society are very good at exagerating problems (I'm not saying they are lying, but some can make problems worse than they appear). I feel overall that quality has improved in most areas since GM bought SAAB. Some will argue that SAAB is loosing it's heritage because of GM, but I think that it's just being refined. SAAB is not on the verge of reaching the reliability numbers that japanease cars have obtained, but I can tell you that they are more fun to drive than any mainstream japanese car out there.
Here is a list of things that have been fixed on my car and I've had it a little over a year.
1) sunroof leak -- traced to defective sunroof glass, replaced under warranty.
2) Fading Auto Climate Control display -- replaced under warranty.
3) Boost Pressure Control Valve -- replaced under warranty.
All of these were early on and since they have been fixed, the car has performed flawlessly.
