I find that it is much worst with wider tires , particularly when it comes to tracking the bumps and hollows in the road surface. I find that my 205/50R16 summer tires are much worst then my 195/60R15 tires. My 1999 Saab 9-3 is only a little worst then my previous 1992 Passat which had 205/50R15 tires. The Saab 9-5 with the same width tire seems to be much better based on my experience driving service loaners. It also seems to me that it is reduced with higer tire pressure (although this seems a little counter intuitive), I run my 205/50's at 38 psi. Make sure your car is properly aligned and that the tire pressures correct. Other then that I don't think there is alot you can do without great expense, seems to me to be an inherient chassis shortcoming of the NG900 and 9-3's.
