You got a great deal. Unfortunately, you probably got the LPT (light pressure turbo) motor, not the Hight Output based on when you say your car was manufactured.
At the very end of '99, the 1999 9^3SE's were available with the High Output but there weren't very many available. 2000 saw the 185HP version installed on base and the 205HP installed on all SE's.
Enjoy the car and don't worry about it!
PS> When you meet with the dealer, BE SURE to find out if the 30,000 mile service was performed on schedule. If not, be prepared to shell out around $550.00 USD's to get that done. Don't neglect this service interval or the 60,000 mile interval.
