I recently changed the plugs in my 99 9-3 SE. It came with double platinum plugs and because of posts I read here replaced them with copper.

I think the car started quicker with the original plugs but other than that did not notice a difference. The original plugs were NGK PFR7H 10, I replaced them with NGK BCPR7ES-11. The original plugs are not even listed in the parts store books as a replacement plug but if you check with the dealer they will list it as the replacement. The originals are very expensive as foar as spark plugs go.
