I've got the Saab rack, and I have leftover Thule fairing from a rack I used on a previous car. I never actually mounted the fairing on the Saab rack, because I don't use the rack very often. (I usually throw everything, including two bikes, inside the hatchback. Occasionally, though, I need to carry four bikes, so I'll put two inside and two on the roof.) However, I checked out the possible fit of the fairing when I first got the Saab rack, and it appears that it will fit fine.

The Saab bars are exactly the same cross section as regular Thule bars. And the Saab mounting points in the roof are far enough forward that the fairing would clear the front edge of the sunroof. The only possible issue was the horizontal spread of the fairing mounts, and whether the Saab towers would block their normal mounting position on the bars. The mounting holes in the fairing are 33 inches apart, and the distance between the Saab towers is about 33.5. It looked like it would just fit, but I couldn't tell for sure unless I actually attempted to mount it. The worst case would require drilling new holes in the fairing to move the position of where the fairing mounts actually attach to the fairing. Otherwise, no problem.
