Has anyone out there had any experience with Saab and their states lemmon laws. I believe I have certainly the beginning of a complaint. I dropped a 2000 Saab off at a dealer for routine service, which included an oil change, and some warranty issues, which included the replacement of the air conditioning compressor. Yet, after picking the car up and driving less than seven miles the engine seized. I feel that I have certainly suffered some loss based on this situation and was wondering if any person had any advice on how to proceed, in my dealings with saab. I have already contacted Saab Customer Service, and have only recieved repeated appologies. Does anyone know of whether or not Saab has any official policies on vehicle replacement. I love the car, but after this I am leary of what other damage this dealer could potentially cause, and frankly I don't wish to own a car that will require repeated trips to the dealership. Any suggestions, or information of other peoples experiences with simialr situations would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You,
