On the "outboard" side of the passenger footwell. Remove the glovebox, pull the carpet out of the way (gently) and the ECU is bolted right there to the body itself. It's a snap to remove, but remember...it may have to be "mated" to your vehicle once removed and/or modified. This process is completed only by using a TECH II device which your dealer and some independent shops use to program electrical components on your car.
