I believe in the owner's manual it says not to rev above 5,000 rpm for the first 1600-2000 mi. or so.
From day 1 I "trained" myself to shift right around 3-3,500 consistently and that seemed to work well.
I had my oil changed at 1,000 mi. and continued to drive within their recommendations until 2,000 mi. Mine now has about 3,000 mi. on it and I have since decided that I'm well within the safe zone and have been having more "fun" driving it lately... pushing it into higher revs, winding it out a little, etc. It's a lot more "fun" to drive but I'm glad I took care of it during the break-in period.
To answer your question, nah, I don't think you've done any damage. It sounds like you were treating it well and you were very much in the safe zone as far as RPMs during break-in, etc... I would recommend reading your manual however as there are quite a few little "tid bits" like that in there that you may wish to know about.
