New owner/crumbled cookies?

Just took possession of 2002 9-3SE yesterday (11/30). I've been driving a 5-speed '93 Ford Explorer Sport since 1993 so the last 24 hours have been automotive heaven. Everything about the driving experience is so different from what I'm used to, I can see already it will be a few weeks before I adjust.
However, I am a bit disheartened because I purchased the car on 11/30 and then saab announced 0% financing today (12/1). As I currently have 3.9% rate (through saab) this is going to cost me around 2,500 over the life of the loan. Not the way I wanted to start my ownership experience.
Does anyone have a sense of when dealers find out about these changes in financing rates? Do dealerships profit from higher financing rates, that is, would a dealer have an incentive to sell a car with a 3.9% versus 0% rate? Of course I plan to call the dealer and saab financial as soon as possible, but are there other ideas regarding any possible recourse?
All thoughts and suggestions welcome (including sentiments such as: "suck it up, man" and "that's the way the cookie crumbles").
