No - never mix colors. The chemical reaction that takes place between the compounds in the different "colors" can cause permanent damage to the metals that it comes in contact with inside the engine (pitting of the head, etc.).
Always re-fill with the color that is currently installed. If you're going to switch, a thorough flush and re-fill is required and even then I'm not sure I would switch.
Best rule of thumb - just use what they recommend in your owner's manual.
