I need to start my car twice in the morning

Recently, if it is a cool morning (~40F), I need to start my car twice. When I started it the first time, it usually "shaked/vibrated" and died with all the warning lights turned on. The second time is usually better but the car would vibrate too. It's liked it's going to die. for both attempts. I always put premium Shell gas (93) into the car.
I brought the car to the dealer and they told me they download a new software to fix it. Today, the same thing happened again. I don't know if I had my radar detector turned on at the same time causing this problem or the battery is too weak (I replaced it one time already).
Anyone got this problem ?
I had a 9-5 loaner for 2 days and it got the same problem on the second morning.... I really like the 9-5 but I had to adjust my driving style. Although the car is a little bit smooth (more torque and 5-speed auto ??), I let other car passed me because I did't care. It's liked I was enjoying my life in the car and I didn't want to be aggressive. When I was on a highway, I didn't realize the speed was already 80+. It's much more quiet.
The interior plastics are much more better than the 9-3. The buttons are soft-touched. The money you paid worth more.
