parking light question

Hey all,
Is there a way to turn on just the parking lights? As in NO headlights? A brief description of what's happening at the headlight switch:
1) All the way to the left = all lights off (I unplugged the daytime running light fuse)
2) Middle = Every light is on, Side running lights, headlights, (little mini bulbs in the headlight assy), and fog lightes are able to be turbed on/off
3) All the way turned right = same as above.

Question is: Is there a way to turn on just the running lights AND fog lights without the headlights???

BTW: 99 9-3 SE
replaced the amber side repeaters with smoked and removed amber lense from turn signal assy = much better looking (green paint) :)
