You should take the MBC off and make sure that your car is getting to the red zone and maybe a little into the redzone...stock before you apply the MBC. It could be that your fuel injectors are dirty, your plugs need to be changed, or that your ECU needs to relearn the changes you've made to the plugs, injectors, etc.
To have your ECU learn it's potential, you'll need a wide open road that you can do 2000-3500 full throttle runs in 3rd, 4th, 5th gear (several times) so your ECU can learn what is the max boost it can handle. I do this whenever my car starts to slack off on the boost a little (only 3/4 yellow), about every 2 months (because most of my driving is in traffic, I rarely get a chance to open it up so it learns to calm down a little). Do these runs with good fuel (no octane booster), clean/new plugs, clean injectors. After a couple of runs, you should get good power with stock setup and boost at or in the red. If you get that, then put the MBC back on and see what happens.
