Well, when I was shopping for my 2001 9-3. We walked in and were approached by about three sales reps at once. When we told them we were interested only in the Saabs, and not one of 10 other makes they sell, they just walked away from us. Saying they couldn't help us as the Saab sales rep was busy, and we would have to wait for him. They had only one guy on the floor that could sell Saabs for some reason. So we waited, and waited, the others reps stood around discussing their lastest trip to AC, and we waited and waited. Finally my wife overheard one of them say, something to the effect that we didn't look like we could afford a Saab so it was no big loss. After waiting to talk to the Saab rep for about 30 minutes we left.
You may have another experience other than ours, most likey none of those guys are still working there. I don't feel I should have to beg someone to spend $ 30,000.
This was in July of 2001.
