Ok...so I called Abbott myself and got the whole story. They are offering a kit which includes new waste gate, exhaust system, BPC as well as some other bells and whistles, but they do nothing to your ECU. Apparently they get you up to 210 HP and 240 lb/feet of torque by changing a number of the parts, but they do not mess with the ECU at all. Price for this is around 900 British pounds. The "engine management upgrade" on Abbott website is apparently a mistake he said. Abbott has a reseller in the states based up in Seattle who can go through the details, his name is Jeff, you'll find the contact info on Abbott's website. Essentially, this kit will get you up to or surpassing a stock Vector/Arc. Still sounds like a deal to me, almost makes you wish you had a Vector to tune.
