I guess this is the place to report falsehoods from the dealer. Schumaker's Bill Reno sold me a 1999 9-3 8 months ago. I checked the auto trans fluid and it was black. I said I wanted it changed but Bill Reno said he checked with the mechanic and that was normal for 28000 miles and if they changed it there would be no improvement in 2 or three weeks.
This is a big lie.
#2 (same car) they sold the car to me giving me a big packet and did not put in the registration. AND DIDN'T TELL ME. Of course I couldn't register it. Turn's out it took them 4 months to get me a valid registration because the milage on car was 28K but the registration said 37K. They got some lawyer to issue a paper saying that the 36k was wrong.
#3 They said they were giving a 30000 mi service. Turns out it was required with the CERTIFIED SAAB status that they advertized with the car. But of course there was no cabin air filter replacement.
#4 they made no offer to "make it right" even though I traveled many miles from another state back to the dealers to get them to "DO the right thing"
NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM NO FAN OF BILL RENO AND SCHUMACHER SAAB IN WEST PALM BEACH. WATCH ANY DEAL WITH THEM CAREFULLY!!!THEY DEAL DISHONESTLY IN MY BOOK!
