I got it right before my 2000 9-3 went out of warranty at 50,000 miles. The one I got is rougly equivalent to the Saab bumper-to-bumper warranty and will cover from now up through 100,000 miles or 4 years for about $1800...with either $50 or $100 deductible (I can't remember which). You can get different mileage amounts, length terms, and deductable amounts although I think 100,000 is as far as they will go on one you take out before the original warranty expires.

Since I have not needed to use it yet, I can't comment on it much other than what the information said. I don't anticipate the dealer or any repair shop balking at accepting it too much because the way it works is the service manager calls a number to get authorization on the work and then they get a credit card number from the MemberCare service to which they charge the work.
I'll keep everyone here posted on my experience with it if I ever have to use it.
