I'm not basing my statement about the 7's and 6's on any scientific fact nor any field study, so I could easily (and likely) be wrong about the running conditions.
I live in Rochester NY, I use 94 Octane, no modifications other than the sports exhaust and the K&N air filter.
The fuel filter has not been changed since I owned it, and would have to assume that the previous owners didn't change it either. I am planning on doing so as soon as possible, by the way is that a DIY situation or no??
My mechanice says I'm crazy and that the car drives fine, I, on the other hand, have had first hand experience with the car when I put those new plugs in, as well as trying to coax it out of stalling at a stoplight, or getting passed by a mail truck from a stoplight.. =)
As far as i know, I don't have any exhaust leaks, though that will be something I'll check out tonight.
Thanks TG for the thoughts...
Ros
