Yes, I have the same product in my 03 9-5 Aero 4 cylinder. I lost my original unit when my 95SET was rearended and killed by a rabid SUV.
Otherwise the 1994 NG900 ---> 2002 9-3's have the same base for 4 cylinder engines. The 2.3L engine is basically the same but a longer stroke than the 2.0L engine. I don't know what is different with the 2.3L NA 10.5 compression that gets the compression up.
