I'm getting nervous about "free service"

Anytime I hear something's free I get nervous. I'm due for the free 30k service and stopped by Bay chevy to talk with the service guy. I was told they don't loan out saabs due to having a couple wrecked lately. If I crash their loaner doensn't my insurance fix it? Suttle Saab has two loaner saabs so I'll probably take it up there. I got the feeling neither of the service guys at Bay chevy drive or even like Saabs! I also don't like how close their parking spaces are. I would do it myself like I did with the 20k but I believe my rear shocks are bad. Anyone else get that strange feeling at Bay Chevy?
