I must say while I do not own a Saab yet, I have been looking for one. I live in Yorktown so Suttle is right around the corner from me. I have been very disappointed in their cleaning of the used Saabs. I brought one home to show my wife and we were both amazed at the gunk all over the place. This was after calling my salesman to let him know that I was interested in looking at this particular car and him telling me that he would have it all cleaned up for me to look at the next morning. Hate to see a car that they don't clean up!!
I have heard and my salesman has confirmed that they have an expert Saab repairman in the shop (has won awards/competitions, etc.). Obviously he does not wash the cars though. I have always gotten the feeling that Saab is the step-child at Suttle. Their cash cow are Caddy's and GMC trucks.
To close up my rambling, all of this really pushes me to get a Lexus IS since I know that their service dept's are top-notch. Even though, my heart really wants me to get a Saab convert.
Kinda disappointing, eh?
