How long were you working and were you powering a 400W setup? I've ran the stock radio on my NG 900 for an hour or so and it had no power drain whatsoever.
I've also ran the battery to DOA status (who would have thunk that the trunk light is not controlled by the body computer?) and it did not set codes, either after jumping.
The thing is that either of these sensors would cause mucho problems with driveability; a bad TPS sensor is bad news, and even a marginal one will be felt quickly. I'd guess it's just a glitch due to the battery disconnect, but if you see the codes again, start thinking about which body organ you will be e-Baying to pay for the fix.
Could your battery also be marginal? how old?
